Ingredients
- 12 Chicken Thighs (skins removed)
- 4 Tablespoons fresh line juice (approx 1 lime)
- 1.5 Cups Chicken Broth (12 ounces)
- 2 Cloves Garlic finely Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Thyme
- Black Pepper to Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place chicken in 4 quart slow cooker.
Add Lime juice, chicken broth, garlic, thyme, pepper and butter.
2. Cover and Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
3. Divide contents into 6 servings.
Place Chicken on plate with sides and top with remaining juices.
