Cornbread Salad

Ingredients

• jiffy cornbread mix
• hamburger or sausage
• chili beans
• salsa
• onion
• green pepper
• tomato
• sour cream
• grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and cook the cornbread according to the instructions. After cooked, crumble the cornbread in a tupperware container. Layer on top with cooled, cooked meat and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
