Clam dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bread crumds
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan reggiano
  • 7 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 2 cans minced clams in juice

Preparation

Step 1

Sourdough scoop
Mix all ingredients and put in bread.
Bake 350 for 40 minutes.
Garnish with chop parsley.
