Ingredients
- Dressing:
- Spinach
- 1/2 red onion diced
- Mushrooms, sliced
- 6 bacon, crumpled
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare salad stuff
Cook, bacon, drain fat. Remove skillet from burner, add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and pepper to pan, whisk until heated through. Pour over spinach, red onion and shrooms.
