• 1 1/2 lbs peeled potatoes, 1" pieces
• 1/4 cup milk
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 2 T butter
• 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Whip potatoes and add remaining ingredients
