Baked Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 6 tilapia fillets
  • 2 Tbl butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbl fresh lemon juice
  • 4 teas fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbl fresh dill
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400F. Melt the butter on a low flame in a small sauce pan. Add the garlic and sauté on low for about 1 minute. Add the lemon juice and shut off the heat.
Spray the bottom of a baking dish lightly with cooking spray, or grease with butter. Place the fish on top and season with salt & pepper. Pour the lemon butter mixture on the fish, and top with the fresh parsley and dill.
Bake for 15 minutes.
