Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cups or 2 cans sweet potatoes (cooked and mashed)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • topping
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup melted margarine
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all main ingredients and beat with mixer. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 20 minute. Remove from oven and sprinkle topping on and bake for another 10 or 15 minutes.
