Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) Food You Feel Good About Cleaned & Cut Chopped Onions
  • 2 Tbsp chopped Food You Feel Good About Peeled Garlic
  • 2 pkgs (10 oz each) Food You Feel Good About Fresh Spinach, rinsed and shaken to remove excess water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Italian Classics Parmesan Cream Sauce (Prepared Foods)

Preparation

Step 1

You'll Need:Large braising pan

Directions:
1.Heat oil, onions, and garlic in large braising pan on MEDIUM-LOW. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 min, until soft.

2.Raise heat to HIGH. Add spinach to pan in small batches. Cook, stirring frequently, 5-8 min, until spinach is wilted and liquid has evaporated. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add parmesan cream sauce to pan. Stir to coat. Cook, 1-2 min until cream sauce is heated.


Chef Tip(s):
Freeze remaining Parmesan Cream Sauce for other use.
