Shoe Peg Corn Dish (Grandma Litman's receipe)

Ingredients

  • 5 (7 oz) cans white shoepeg corn (Green Giant), drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 3/4 stick of butter

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese to gradually pour in melted butter. Add chilies and corn. Mix well. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered.
