Macaroni and Tomato Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked macaroni
  • 1 can (398 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 onion (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs, buttered

Preparation

Step 1

* Boil macaroni until tender. Drain and rinse.
* Mix in tomatoes, thyme, oregano, dry mustard and onions.
* Add the tomato mixture to a greased baking dish.
* Spread grated cheese, then buttered bread crumbs on top.

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
