Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 pkg knox gelatin
- 1 8oz pkg soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup fine chopped onion
- 3/4 cup fine chopped celery
- 2 small cans shrimp(chopped) or fresh cooked shrimp
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Put soup, gelatin and cream cheese in a saucepan. heat until it bubbles. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup cold water and rest of ingredients. Mix well. pour into mold. (ring type)
set overnight-unmold.
serve with crackers.
