Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans) thoroughly drained & rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of spice - your choice, ground cumin, ground chili pepper, curry, or
- cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and arrange a rack in the mddle.
Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients until evenly coated.
Spread the chickpeas in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 25 minutes.
