Ingredients
- 3 lbs. potatoes halved and thinly sliced
- 1 kielbasa thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded parmesan
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 3 sprigs oregano
- 1 sprig roswmary
- 1 bay leaf
- sea salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
heat oven to 375
put potatoes in a large pans with water, herbs, 1 tablespoon butter and some salt. bring to a boil, turn down heat and simmer until potatoes are just tender. drain
grease a 9x 13 inch baking dishwith 1 tbsp butter. mix cheese and cream in a bowl.
spread half potatoes and half sausage in the dish. then cover with half the cheese mixture. repeat
bake until golden , 50-60 minutes
