Ingredients
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp honey or pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp minced shallots
- 1 pinch salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine viegar, mustard, honey/syrup, shallots, salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil.
