LEMON SUGAR COOKIES

Ingredients

• 2 c Butter
• 4 c Confectioner Sugar
• 4 Eggs
• 3 tbsp Lemon juice
• 3 tbsp Half & Half
• 2 tsp Lemon Peels
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 6-1/2 c Flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream wet ingredients
2. Add dry ingredients and chill for 2 hours.
3. Roll out into ¼” thick, cut with cookie cutters.
4. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
5. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
