PUMPKIN CHIP DROPS

Ingredients

  • 1 c Butter, softened
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 c Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 c Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 c Oats, quick-cooking
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c Pumpkin, cooked or canned
  • 6 ozs Chocolate Chips, semisweet

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars.
2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
3. Combine flour, oats baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
4. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
6. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2” apart onto greased baking sheets.
7. Bake at 350° for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown.
