Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 C. (4 oz.) French's French Fried onions
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 (5 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 C. mustard (optional zesty replacement of egg)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Crush onions with flour in plastic bag.

2. Dip chicken into egg or mustard; then coat in onion crumbs.

3. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees until cooked through.
