- 2 C. (4 oz.) French's French Fried onions
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 (5 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 C. mustard (optional zesty replacement of egg)

1. Crush onions with flour in plastic bag.
2. Dip chicken into egg or mustard; then coat in onion crumbs.
