Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c Flour
- 3/4 c Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 2/3 c Buttermilk or Whole Milk
- 2/3 c Pumpkin
- 1/3 c Oil
- 2 Eggs
- TOPPING
- 1/2 c Splenda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat oil, eggs, pumpkin and milk.
2. Add dry ingredients, do not over mix.
3. Grease 9” pan.
4. Spread ½ batter, top with ½ topping on top.
5. Pour rest of batter, top with rest of topping.
6. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
