Ingredients
- 1 Med. Red Onion, halved & thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Fresh Oregano, snipped
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a med. bowl, combine red onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper. Cover; let stand at room temp. for up to 2 hrs. Drain before using.
