Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cups peeled and diced potatoes
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes or packets
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes and onion in boiling water until tender.

Add chicken bouillon and stir until dissolved.

Add all remaining ingredients and stir well until heated. DO NOT BOIL.
