Ingredients
- 3 to 3 1/2 lb Boneless Pork Loin
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 cup bottled Italian Dressing (I use Robusto Italian)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Powder
- Anchovy Paste (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Tie roast, if preferred. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except pork.
Salt and pepper pork, place on rack in a roasting pan covered with aluminum foil. Roast uncovered for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with 1/2 of the mixture. Continue roasting 35 min or until meat thermometer reaches 158.
Remove from oven and pour remaining dressing over pork. Cover with foil and let rest 7 to 10 minutes. Temperature will rise to about 165 (med) If you prefer more well done cook longer.
