Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 large container of Cool Whip (12 oz.)
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 ready made angel food cake, broken into bite size pieces
- 1 lb. strawberries, sliced
- 1 pkg strawberry glaze
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cool whip, sour cream, milk, sugar, and cake and place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Smooth top.
Mix topping ingredients. Spread on top of cake mixture. Smooth top.
Can be made several days ahead. Can use low fat ingredients with excellent results. Can also substitute fresh peaches and peach glaze.
