Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetables
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Place butter in a 2-cup glass measure and microwave, uncovered on high 1-2 minutes or until melted. stir in parsley, dill, chives and lemon juice. Spoon over drained vegetable platter. Makes 1 cup.
