Ingredients
- 1 (teaspoon) garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 (tablespoon) butter
- 2 (tablespoon) fresh parsley, chopped (or 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley)
- 1/4 (cup) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (3.0 ounce package) boil-in-bag rice (or 2 cups cooked rice)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Stir in 1/4 cup cheese, parsley, margarine, and roasted garlic; toss well.
