Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ pounds red potatoes (8 medium), washed and quartered
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 T butter
  • ½ c fat free milk, warmed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ c grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes and garlic in saucepan; cover with water. Boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are very tender. Drain well. Add butter, milk and salt; mash. Stir in cheese.
