Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Tobasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken thighs in a shallow baking dish large enough to hold them in a single layer.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir until evenly mixed.
Pour over chicken and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
