Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. red potatoes
  • 1 lb. soft butter
  • 5 oz. romano cheese
  • 1 Tblsp. oregano
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Wash potatoes and boil until tender and soft. Place potatoes in mixer with rest of ingredients and mix on low speed until potatoes are mashed.
