Ingredients
- 6 bacon strips- diced
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 large red apples, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 9 cups spinach
- 3/4 cup onion
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Reserve sugar and drippings. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. cool slightly. In large salad bowl, combine spinach, apples, onions, and bacon. Drizzle with warm dressing to coat.
