Ingredients
- 2 cans whole carrots, drained OR 1 lb. fresh carrots, steamed
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup sugar OR 1/3 cup Splenda
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 t celery seed
- 1/4 t dry mustard
- 1/4 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and marinate over night. Drain right before serving.
