Ingredients

  • 2 # cubed pork
  • 2 c celery
  • 1 gree pepper
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tin crushed pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and cook on top of stove for 1 1/2 hours or in a crock pot for 4 hours
