Crockpot Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Combine soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Top with bacon crumbles. Cook on low for 6 hours. Before serving, shred chicken and return to crockpot. Serve over cooked pasta noodles or rice.
