BBQ Pulled Venison/Goose

Can use Venison alone or with goose

Ingredients

  • Venison
  • Goose (optional)
  • Can of Beef Broth
  • Water
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Slow Cooker 4-6 hours

Put Venison in slow cooker

Add 1-2 cans of Beef Broth and then water until completely covered

Cooked for 4-6 hours, then drain, shred, and add BBQ sauce, ketchup, and salt and pepper.....Put back in to reheat.
