Crockpot Cranberry Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4-6 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 T dry onion soup mix
  • 2 T quick cooking tapioca

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. In small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, dry soup mix, and tapioca. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. Before serving, shred and return to crockpot. Serve over rice.
