Ingredients
- 1 lb. Fresh Asparagus
- 3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tsp. Soy Sauce
- Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus. Mix all the other ingredients together to make a marinade in a sealable container. Add the asparagus & all the mixture to rest for at least 30 min. Spray a cold grill with cooking spray. Remove the asparagus from the marinade & place on the preheated grill ( make sure the grill is not on too high as asparagus will burn easily. ) Cook for 4 min. per side till the asparagus is done. Serve.
