Ingredients

• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1 c. water
• 2 T. worcestershire sauce
• 2 T. Hickory smoke
• 2 T. liquid smoke
• garlic salt, to taste
• lemon pepper, to taste
• black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together.
Marinate sliced beef of choice for 2-3 days
Dehydrate for jerky
