Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbls minced chives
- 1 tbls dijon mustard
- 1 tbls lemon juice
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbls EVOO
- 2 tsp butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix crab, egg, breadcrumbs, mayo, chives, mustard, lemon juice, celery seed, onion powder and pepperr in a large bowl. Form into 6 patties.
Heat oil and butter in large non-stick skillet over medium heat until the butter stops foaming. Cook the patties until golden brown, 4 minutes per side.
