A super quick and delicious recipe for shortbread cookies requiring only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Mix corn starch, icing sugar and flour, together.

Blend in butter with spoon, mix until a soft, smooth dough forms.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in 300°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before enjoying.
