Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup shortening/oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix egg, cornmeal, buttermilk and oil together. Pour into muffin tin or skillet and bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
