Golden Parmesan Potatoes

These potatoes are so yummy and so easy. Don't forget the salt!!

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, washed and cut into quarters
  • ¼ c flour
  • ¼ parmesan cheese
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/3 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Wash and cut up potatoes into wedges. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in zip-loc bag. Add potatoes a few at a time and shake to coat. Put in pan and bake for 45-60 minutes, turning once.
