Walnut Date Cranberry Balls

Ingredients

  • ✴ 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • ✴ 1/2 cup pitted whole dates
  • ✴ 3/4 cup walnuts (unsalted)
  • ✴ 1 packet/scoop Perfect Fit Protein

Preparation

Step 1

Dice your fruit and place into a food processor with your dates until you have a paste consistency. If you don't have a food processor, you can still make this recipe, but they'll be more coarse!

Add your fruit and dates to a bowl.

Separately blend your nuts in your processor. Do not blend into a nut-butter! You want the walnuts to be finely chopped.

Add all ingredients to your bowl and knead together with your hands. Roll and firmly press them into ½-1 inch snack balls!
