Ingredients
- 1 # breakfast sausage
- Potatoes-diced with skins on
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Spinach (recipe called for Kale leaves)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until almost tender
Cook sausage, onion and garlic together. Do not drain. Turn up the heat and make gravy using water & flour mixture. Turn down heat, add Potatoes and slowly stir in the potato water to desired thickness. Add spinach and let simmer.
