Creamy Onions and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes peeled and quartered
  • 8 small onions or 2 large quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1-1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper and paprika to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 3 qt. casserole. Place in potatoes and onion. In small saucepan, melt margarine; stir in flour. Combine cream and water; add to flour mixture; cook until mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until tender in 350 oven
