Ingredients
- 3 Lbs Boneless Pork Ribs
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Jar Saurkraut
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
Preparation
Step 1
Season the ribs & place in slow cooker. Top with Saurkraut and broth. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Add more broth to moisten if needed. Serve over mashed potatoes.
