Slow Cooker Pork Ribs with Saurkraut

Ingredients

  • 3 Lbs Boneless Pork Ribs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Jar Saurkraut
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth

Preparation

Step 1

Season the ribs & place in slow cooker. Top with Saurkraut and broth. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Add more broth to moisten if needed. Serve over mashed potatoes.
