Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth, ideally low sodium
- 1/4 cup white bean puree
- 4 cups cooked small pasta (elbows, ideally whole wheat)
- 3-4 tbsp parmesean cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, melt the butter with the olive oil, chicken broth, and White bean puree over low heat. Add the pasta and toss evenly to coat all pieces. Serve with Parmesean cheese.
