Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 2 t salt
- 1 T water
- 2 1/3 About 2 1/3 flour
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, salt and water, slightly. Then add flour about 1/2 cup at a time and mix. Keep adding flour until dough s stiff. Cut into 4 pieces and roll through pasta maker. Hang on rack to let dry, about2 hours.
