Ingredients
- 1 medium egg, room temp
- 3/4 cup quinoa flour
- 2 Tbsp arrowroot or tapioca flour
Preparation
Step 1
Place flour in a mound and create a "hole" in the center. Put the egg in the center. Using a fork, incorporate the egg into the flour. When you need to, mix with hands. Knead the pasta for about 10 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic. Place it in a ziploc bag, closed, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Cook Quinoa pasta for roughly 3 minutes.
