Portobello Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • Soy Sauce
  • Olive Oil
  • White wine or cooking sherry
  • minced garlic
  • salt & pepper
  • Portobello mushrooms, scallions (green onions), buns, blue cheese or other favorite cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix marinade and pour it into the gill side of the mushrooms, add scallions. Marinate 2 hours. Roast in oven @350F for 30 minutes.

Toast buns for 5 min in oven @350F. Spread with Blue cheese

Top Portobello with watercress and the roasted scallions.
