SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients

• POTATO MIXTURE:
• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 stick butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• TOPPING:
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1/3 cup soft margarine (cut in)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix potato mixture and pour into oblong pan.

Mix topping and pour over potatoes.

Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 300 degrees.
