Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- green chiles, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Stir corns, muffin mix, sour cream & butter.
Grease pan, pour in mix.
Bake 45 minutes at 350.
Top with cheese, bake 5 minutes more.
